Wow, the year went by so quickly! I am really going to miss my students and hope that let me know what they are up to soon!!!

So, how is this different from Random thoughts….a page located to the right on this blog?
CARPE DIEM. Okay, so most of you know my love of this phrase. It is posted in my room, I preach it and proclaim it, but sometimes-often times- forget to live it. This week off has gone so quickly, and part of me dreads tommorrow. I’m tempted to wish the next 3 weeks away. I am so glad this can’t be done. I want to savor each moment and experience and realize that once the day is done, that day is gone, forever. There will be days that auto-pilot by, but I am hoping that most will not. Most of my fellow bloggers, you are very young. Please don’t wish a single day away. Treat each one as an opportunity to do. Then do me a favor- remind me sometimes to do the same!
This post is a place to share those moments when you are most awake. Sometimes that can be painful.
