IPC- finished reviewing metrics and scientific notation, started review of speed.

HOMEWORK TONIGHT!!!! To finish the worksheet we started yesterday on metrics, scientific notation and speed. (see yesterday’s post to print if you have lost yours)

Finished lab, graphing is homework. Stefan is funny. And distracting.

January 5th

IPC Scientific notation and speed worksheet

IPC Review of metrics and scientific notation. We did 1-30 on the scientific notation worksheet above in class for a grade. The rest will be homework on Wednesday.

 

Physics 3rd- We started the centripetal acceleration lab. Please come in to tutorials between 8:00 and 8:3o to make up the data collection.

Tuesday October 27

IPC

Review of conservation of mass with worksheet. Started to discuss the difference between an ion and an isotope.

 

Physics

Worked on  More Fun with Physics. Quiz tomorrow.

Monday October 26th

IPC

Presented the Conservation of Mass lab. Took Balancing Chemical Equations Lab #6.

Physics

Finished Newton’s Laws Lab. Started More Fun with Forces.

TEST ON FRIDAY!!!

Friday October 23rd

Finished the Conservation of Mass lab, and readied ourselves for presentations of the lab and results on Monday.

Physics

Started the lab on Newton’s Laws of Motion. We will complete this lab on Monday.

Thursday October 22nd

We started our lab on Conservation of mass. If you were absent, you will need to come in and make up the lab within the week during tutorials.

Physics

First quiz over Forces. Mainly deals with force=massxacceleration (Newton’s 2nd Law of Motion). Please come in to tutorials to make this quiz up.
